The sole purpose of this site is to make selected publications easily accessible to all without being dependent on the commercial publishing or self-publishing industry.

While writing memos, articles, reports and books on social protection and social justice over the last forty years I always found time to read and enjoy relaxing fiction, notably political crime stories. I always dreamed of writing myself and just tell stories that entertain people. I finally found the time to do it. I envisage readers to sit down after a long day in a comfortable chair, or a narrow airplane seat as the case may be, with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and dive into the world of fiction. And just be able to forget for a while what is around them and in store for them whenever they get may get up or touch down.

Instead of an elaborate page to introduce the author, I just add a page sharing a few technical and policy ideas. They should speak for themselves and tell you “were I come from”.

Whether fiction or technical and policy related articles, the writings on this site are all driven by one conviction: All people regardless of where they live, what they believe, how they look, who they love and what they think should enjoy the rights and protection enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
